Bring your water to a rapid boil and let the water cool for 1 minute. Then steep four tablespoons of our organic classic black tea for one hour and strain the leaves. Place the steeped liquid in the fridge until it chills then soak a wash cloth in it, wring it out and apply to the irritated skin area for at least 20 minutes. Reapply as needed until the pain has subsided or disappeared. Then, once you’re feeling better, pour yourself a nice glass of Art of Tea Iced Tea and enjoy the rest of your day.
